If the aforementioned conditions are met and the dog is diagnosed by a Board Certified Licensed Veterinary Specialist Respective to their Discipline, with a congenital eye, hip, or heart defect, Top Flight Golden Retrievers will offer the BUYER the CHOICE of ONE of the following options:

1. Return the Dog along with supporting documentation from a Board Certified Veterinary Specialist ( X-rays, test results, and a written statement), and the AKC Registration with ownership signed over to us. We will refund the PURCHASE PRICE of the animal.

2. Return the Dog along with supporting documentation from a Board Certified Veterinary Specialist ( X-rays, test results, and a writtn statement), and the AKC Registration with ownership signed over to us. We will REPLACE the animal with another puppy from a future litter.
